The dependency flow is rogrep-model! rogrep-parsers rogrep-tooltree! rogrep-store and rogrep-index! rogrep-engine! the rogrep CLI and TUI. Source rollouts are durable; SQLite, Tantivy, and checkpoints are derived and versioned.
